Appointments Policy

At Luxify Nails Etobicoke, we value your time and are committed to providing every client with the best experience possible. To help us stay on schedule and serve all of our guests efficiently, we kindly ask that you review and respect our appointment policy:

⏰ Grace Period
We offer a 10-minute grace period for all appointments. If you anticipate being late, please give us a call or send us a message as soon as possible. Communication helps us do our best to accommodate you without affecting other clients’ bookings.

🚫 No-Shows
We understand that life happens, but after 3 no-show appointments, we will no longer be able to accept future bookings from that client. This policy helps us respect our technicians’ time and ensure availability for other clients.

📞 Running Late?
If you’re running behind, a quick heads-up is always appreciated. In some cases, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service to avoid delays for the next appointment.
